Online Attendees
- There will not be an active chat session available.
- All questions will need to be submitted via the link or QR Code below and the completed form must be submitted by 5pm on 12/12/2024 (one week after the AGM).
- There is a limit of 3 questions per form.
- There is a limit of 1 form per person.
- The questions will be considered by the Board of Directors and a response provided by 5pm on 19/12/2024.

In-Person Attendees
- Considered by the Board and answered if the information is available for response
- Otherwise, the question will be taken on notation and responded to by 5pm on 19/12/2024.
- There is a limit of 3 questions per in-person attendee.
- There is a limit of 1 form per person.
- The above link or QR code can be used by in-person attendees, but questions submitted via the form will not be responded to at the AGM.
- The questions will be considered by the Board of Directors and a response provided by 5pm on 19/12/2024.

Under s 250S of the Corporation Act 2001 (Cth), the chair must ‘allow a reasonable opportunity for the members as a whole at the meeting to ask questions’, which gives the chair the ability to restrict the number of questions or comments a speaker can make and the amount of time that they can speak to give everyone entitled to speak the opportunity to do so.
