Telecare is available to eligible clients who are living at home.
TELECARE is a free telephone service providing reassurance and social support.
Calls are made every weekday between 8.45 and 10.00am to Telecare clients, each receiving a friendly “Good Morning” call from our trained volunteers
If the client fails to answer the phone our coordinator will follow up to ensure that the person’s wellbeing is monitored
Confidentiality is ensured
Referral is as easy as a phone call to our volunteer coordinator on 035522 1402
Provides reassurance for the client and their family and friends that there is someone making contact each weekday.
