Meals on Wheels
Portland District Health operates a longstanding Meals on Wheels program, delivering professionally planned, high-quality meals designed to accommodate all dietary requirements. Delivery is carried out by volunteers and registered community groups affiliated with PDH.
Eligibility is determined by the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP); prospective clients should contact the service to determine their qualification status.
