Physiotherapists specialise is movement and function. They evaluate, diagnose and treat injuries or conditions through physical interventions to achieve as much movement and independence as possible. Physiotherapists also work to prevent disease and disability, partnering with patients to address conditions present from birth, acquired through injury or accident, or apart of ageing.
