Portland District Health Human Resource Department’s main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Managing positions vacant
  • Employee contracts and position descriptions
  • WorkCover / Return to Work
  • Liaising with payroll (off-site)
  • Processing medical certificates
  • Industrial Relations
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Employee Orientation Program
  • Human Resource Self Service Program
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • Payroll / HR queries and relevant documentation
  • ID badges
  • Security swipe cards
  • Special projects, as required

 

Office Hours

Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00pm

Human Resources Department is located in Executive Administration.
